I also received an Express Notice stating the same information. This is definiatly a scam but you have to admit - the documentation and the delivery were very convincing...
If we know who these folks are and where they are located why don't we have law enforcement track them down and demand that the people who did in fact send $20.00 are reimbursed and remember the CROOKS have their bank account number (s)- etc. Seriously, IF every person who received a notice would send $20.00 dollars - can you imagine the total at the end??? Chances are, they would obtain additional funds from the accounts based on the information on the back of the document.
