I received a envelope with the words "Legal Notice" prompt response required.in side was a "Payment Pending Memorandum" stating that Financial Acquisition Agency identified $2,342, 000.00 in non-disbursed funds. On the claim form it wants you to send $20.00. No legitimate business would require you to send any money to receive funds that are owed to you. This has Scam Written all over it.
