On 4th July I ordered a mobile phone charger from the above company for which they promptly debited my card. Not having received it I rang the number on their website, only to hear "all our staff are busy helping other customers" for over an hour. I contacted them through their website on 24th July and received an automated acknowledgement telling me my query would be dealt with in72 hours. Obviously this is not a company, has no stock and no staff. What can I do to get a refund and to get their visa merchant accounts closed?
