I ordered a part for my Grandmothers cordless sweeper and I payed for it on my credit card. It was shipped to her house. They sent the wrong part and after much deliberation on the phone, the part was sent back to them with arequest for a refund. This was sent to them in May of the part was ordered in Feb. Of2012. However I explained to them in my request that I was so late getting back to them because of a sickness and death of our family member. I havent heard word one from them. I sent it back insured US. Postage. Please help me obtain my refund from this company as my familys struggling and we could use our money. Thank-you, Joseph Stahlbaum
