I placed an order with From You Flowers on Dec. 10th to have Christmas Flowers delivered on December 20th. They never were delivered. I contacted From You Flowers on December 30th and they contacted their Vendor in the New York City area. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I was told by From You Flowers that I should call back on January 2, because their New York City Vendor could not be reached until then. I called customer service and spoke with a Manager on Jan. 2. They told me that they could do nothing but either refund my money or have the SAME vendor deliver the flowers on January 4th for Christmas. I opted for a refund and used another Internet vendor who did an A plus job. I'd never use these people again.
