Ordered my unit induction cooktop. Only received one and I accessory I had ordered. Was to also get free one and ordered cast iron grill, cast iron griddle and the grill and griddle said back ordered. The shipping on all these things was horrible. 79$ on what I received and I believe the others had almost as much shipping as the goods cost. I can get no answers. On hold for at least one half hour and then phone clicked off and could not talk to anyone. This happened a number of times. Through scambook another phone number was listed and I tried it same result. Now when I call either number they are busy. I think we have all been taken for a ride and they are still selling this product off their ifomercial. I cannot believe this.
