I received an E-Mail from an advertising company call Getitfree.com. This company provides links to companies that offer samples of their products for free. On June 29 there was an ad for Seduction - A Fragrance by Christiano Dolce. The ad stated quite clearly that this was available for -0- just pay $5.99 S&H. I was linked to a very attractive ad that said the same thing, so I ordered it. I received the product on July 2 and my credit card was billed the same day. The perfume is not very good but maybe worth the 5.99 I paid. On July 17 my credit card was billed again for $95.00. I contacted my credit card company, who provided me with a phone number for FondScents. This number takes you to a supposed third party who reads to you the"terms" that they say I agreed to. The terms state that this product is not "free" but only a ten day trial and this trial begins the the day the product was shipped, can only be cancelled by obtaining a "return merchandise" number from them and then the product must be returned to their return center in Haslemere, Surry UK. The web page is slightly larger than the screen so you have to scroll down a bit an in tiny letters on a black background are the terms. I did not see them when I ordered or only a fool would order anything under these terms. I saw images of a huge screw while I was reading the "TERMS". This was designed to defraud, it is probley legal. I could go on and on but please " Buyer BEWARE"
