The Property Place was to pay us for 2 timeshares, at an agreed upon price, and contract signed agreement with the World Residence Club. This transaction was to be completed about 120 days after signing with the WRC and agreeing to purchase an upgraded timeshare at Vallarta Gardens, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. To date this has not been done and repeated attempts to get answers has not been successful? Is this just another Timeshare scam?
