I am concerned that ownership of timeshar with Coral Resorts at hilton head has been stolen
I, as well, fell for the same scam as many others reported this month. We have been trying to close on our timeshare property since May. We were told they had a buyer, and had difficulty with closing agents. We've had 3 closing dates that didn't happen. I have been in contact with Tony Erickson and Phil Cooper. Phil called me as recent as Saturday 7/20. Tony Erickson had a buyer Peter Nelson call me to answer questions about RCI points. My story is the similar as the earlier person's complaint. I also tried to call today to follow up, as their phones have been out before. Phone numbers are 1-888-257-8553,1-302-365-4879 and 1-908-514-8098. This time, I sent him an email which was returned as undeliverable. So, I checked the websitea nd others found by Google search to find they are down as well. I had every intention of asking for my $625 back and to pull out of the deal. I took Phil at his word, and was really sold. Unfortunately, I didn't pull out of the deal, but I don't think I would have received my money back anyway. I just can't believe it.
