TriCorp Property Solutions called me at home in March asking if I wanted to seell my timeshare. After pondering it for a few days my wife and I decided to sell. We contacted Toney the manager and informed him of our decision to sell. After which, one of Toney's associates, Phil became our contact. He informed us to that we needed to handle our part of the administrative process and that Tricorp could file the necessary paperwork on our behalf if we sent them a check for $683.00. We sent the money some days after and the check was quickly cashed. We were then told it could take 6-8 weeks to close which placed us to settle in late May. I called to find out the status and Phil gave me the run around and became offended when I inquired as to the delays. I then insisted to speak with Toney who told me that the earliest he could close was the first week of June. Toney then informed by email when I inquired about the settlement date that it was postponed to June 21. Then the closing date was changed to June 29th. I became doubtful regarding the legitimacy of this organization and their intentions and was informed by a reputable timeshare realtor, that the seller should never have to come out of pocket for any upfront costs. All related fees and costs should come from the proceeds from the sale on the back end! I told Toney I wanted my money returned. He informed me that it would be refunded in 14-15 business days. Today was the 15th business day and no check was in the mail. This company is a fraud! Contact the better business bureau in your state and Deleware and also the news media!!
