I applyied for a loan to buy a car and they offerd me a good deal with the APR at 18% and then after filling the forms in and after then took a total of £69.95 out of my account in seconds i had a letter with a total diffrent deal. Changing the apr to 60% so sent a email to say cancel and that i wanted my £69.95 back and it has bin over a month and i still have not receved the refund. But they keep sending me a email saying that they dont understand why i have not had my refund i have looked on the internet and i am not the only one they have done this to. Its wrong doing it. I know £69.95 is not a lot but it is if you havent got anything to show for it.
