I was on the internet looking for a £100 loan as my oven cooker had broke an not got a oven, i also have to children. I had no family to turn to so finding a loan was the only option. I filled out an application and with in a few minutes i had a call one of the first things i asked was"was there a fee?" he was a very chatty guy and to think of it he didnt anweser me it only came to me about him not anwsering when the £79.99 had been taken from my bank but he did say there was fee a at the end IF i was approved a loan but no say of how much, i wasnt approved, tried emailing and phoning them getting no where all so to top it off when i spoke to custmor services they had lied saying i wanted £500 which was total lie the man was very harsh with me didnt have a care that i had no money and on benifits and thats all i had to live off he said to email to cancel and get a refund which i have and my refund wasnt accepted rand twice day on hold 4 15 mins at a time and phone was put down dont no what to do; (
