I am a Liencsed Real Estate Agent and my professional requires me to have access to an elctronic device to enter these properties in order to represent qualified buyers and make an honest living.
GE Interlogix aka SUPRA -A UTC FIRE & SAFETY
sold me an elctronic deivce which appears to be a defective key fob in March 13.. Since March I have not been able to enter or sell any properties due to the fact that key has malfunctioned since the date of purchase.
Severl attempts to rectify this malfunction were frutiless even with the assistance of my Loacl Real Estate Borad who has contracted with this comapny to supply local Realtors with this device. I had the bank put a stop payment on the monthly fee of $13.78 to use the device and consequently GE Interlogix continued to retrive funds from my bank account under the name of SUPRA - A UTCFS.
I contacted the bank again regarding this incident and a FRAUD CLAIM WAS ISSUED STOPPING THIS COMAPNY FROM ACCESSING THIS ACCOUNT NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
