Werner International called to refill order of cleaning supplies and sent invoice of $400

A representative called our custodial manager offering to refill order of cleaning supplies. When items arrived, invoice for $400 was included for 4 bottles of cleaning solution. Cannot send back to the post office box of the company; cannot find actual location.
