I did not order or purchase anything from this company. I get a recorded message to hold every time I call the number provided on my statement, and that the current wait time is longer then ten minutes. I assume most callers will give up in less then ten minutes, but I waited for over thirty minutes on several tries, and still can't even get through to dispute this charge.
