This "company" seems to have done a disappearing act. There may not even have a permanent address. You can only cancell by phone, and no cancellation notice, so no proof when you try to cancell.
Furthermore, when I called before closing, only 3 minutes after my son mistakenly placed the order, I was on hold as the "fourth caller" for over 20 minutes until 2 minutes after closing time when I gave up. The next day, I called 10 minutes after business hours start in an attempt to stop any services from being rendered. No mercy.in fact, the woman said that there would be a "dispute charge" on top of the cancellation fee, so I should look for that on my credit card statement as well.
My credit card company is the best ever (PNC). I love them. I called right after hanging up from being on hold with USPassport Now, and said they would dispute the charge for me, but had not had much success with this company in the past.
I called again this morning to see if this company could really charge me a "dispute charge." Looks like they can't. It was just a scare tactic to keep me from cancelling. Now, I'm glad I didn't believe them. From what others are saying, I could lose much more for nothing, unless I can find the company. So far, E-mailing is not working, so no hard proof of cancellation.
