John at littleman computers assured us that our computer would be fine in his hands. His inital estimates were in the $100-200 range, he charged us over $600.00 for the fix. I talked to my cousin who works for a computer company in california and he stated that it should have cost no more than $150.00.
Please do not let this guy work on any of your computers, as he will fix it, but hold your computer and the pictures on it hostage until you pay him what he wants to be paid IN CASH! He would not take any other method of payment.
