Paid for unlimited online searches. Did not receive. They had added costs, which were not indicated for the service. Very deceptive. Very hard to use website. VERY disapppointed. No access to a human being. Codes to even submit a question were very hard to read. Unbelievable.

They said unlimited searches, but kept chargin for every hit. Even the ones that did not produce any results. I checked arrest records of my friend that was arrested, and it didnt even bring it up
