It was presented to me that I could search any and all public records for individuals with unlimited access. However, after charging $34.90 to my credit card for this unlimited access, it appears as though I would have to pay even more for a comprehensive search to find out anything that I thought I could find when I paid the initial fee for unlimited access. I actually only have very, very limited access! I am out my money and still cannot access any information without paying even more money. Even if I paid more money, I still don't feel comfortable if I would have any more access or if they would charge me more money! At this point, I just want my money refunded in full, since I was unable to receive any information at all, which is what I paid for.
