I had a chat with an "Eric" that stated he was in charge of the website about a refund that I requested, it has now been 3 days and all he could claim was that the amount is busy, and it will take some time. The Website also states there is a complaint history link, but there is no actual way to lodge a complaint against the site.
Me -i would like to know how i can lodge a complaint to get it done faster

The information on the site is limited, there is no where to provide any feedback and the customer service you receive is appalling.
