Unhappy Customer - Direct TV

I was forced to relocate, because my landlord moved into my house. Where I moved, they do not allow Direct TV. I was to send back the receiver. I received no box. I found out the hard way that 515.00 was taken out of my checking account without my knowledge, causing me very much trouble! I called, they promised to send me the box, and to credit my checking account with 265.00 within one week to ten days, and when I received the box I was to send the equipment back. The box arrived and I sent the equipment back, but my checking account was not credited. I called once again. The person I spoke with told me that I was given wrong information and that I would receive my money into my account on Jan. 16. I asked him to verify this information. He told me again that I would receive my money into my checking account on Jan. 16. Here it is Jan 16, and no money in my checking account. I called once again. I talked to a supervisor who told me that I was misinformed once again! Now I am told that I will receive my money in my account in thirty days! I want my money and I want to file charges. I cannot afford this runaround. They tell you that all phone calls are recorded, so there is a record of these phone calls. There should be something that I can do
