I first got to know lashawn on guru.com. I posted a project and she bid for it. Afterwhich we discussed the project in detail and the mode of payment. We agreed on 400 USD and she wanted me to transfer her the money on paypal. I agreed to transfer her 1/2 before the project and the other 1/2 after the project was completed. But after i transferred her the first 200USD she never replied my messages, emails and blocked me on skype now i cannot contact her at all. I have documents, emails and skype messages to prove this. I have her email and skype contact details.
