On July 3 I ordered the complete set of Happy Days box set. I was sent an email with an order number and tracking number. When I went back on to track the package, the site said the order was delivered and complete. There is no number to get in touch with anyone, I sent emails and have gotten no response. I don't understand how with all these complaints, this scam is still happening. I would like to file a complaint and press charges, if the crooks are ever found.
