I ordered a Michael Kors Hamilton bag & they sent me the completely wrong color. After multiple attempts to get the correct one (communicating only through e-mail with someone who clearly didn't speak English), I was informed that it was not "cost efficient" for ME to send the product back to them. Their solution: offer me a discount the NEXT TIME I place an order! Do not trust this company!
