I ordered what I believed to be a MICHAEL Michael Kors Hamilton Large Tote.in dark Plum Purple Leather. When it arrived the hand bag was damaged, it was the wrong color and clearly fake / non authentic. I contacted the company and requsted a refund and I was told they don't issue refunds and when I told the the bag was the wrong color and clearly fake, they asked me to take pictures and send them so they could compare them to the item listed online. They never called or emailed me back. I sent several emails and called several times and without an outcome.
