I should have researched, but I didn't. My family was hungry, we had no money till payday so out of an act of desperation I filled out a lame form where everybody and their brother called me to give me a loan.
Loantree said they would give me a $200.00 loan but I was not comfortable with them and decided not to accept the loan. As everyone here says they got scammed for 30 dollars, I did as well. I called my bank and had them reverse the NSF charge (because I had no money in the account), and I filed a fradulent claim against LoanTree Advances. The bank was more than happy to re-imburse my account with the total amount and they will go after Loantree for the entire amount. If you get hit with this 30 dollar scam, file a fraud claim and let the big banks screw these these a$holes to the wall.
