I would like to file a complaint against this company. I noticed on 09/17 there was a check for $30 that was posted to my account. I called LoanTree Advances and was on the phone for over 30 mins with a Dianne Vega (#093). I was continuously told that my money would not be refunded and due to the fact that they had several supervisors, I could not speak to one or get their phone number. After I hung up with frustration, I contacted CheckProcess and spoke with Marie (no employee id) and was told that LoanTree Advances was the only one to refund my money. Marie promised me that she would "red flag" my account and LoanTree Advances would not be able to charge my account anymore. I believe that both companies need to be investigated for fraud and unethical behavior.
