I don't remember filling out an application on line with this loan. I always check my bank and as i was doing this i saw that this loantree advances submitted a check without my consent to my bank. I called my bank and filed a fraud on this transaction. I did not authorize this... And yes this caused my bank to have o/d fees. I had to close my bank account and issue another one. My bank told me that this is what these companies do. They get the information and they submit i was afraid of this. I am glad that my bank was able to help me. I dont have money like alot of people now days. I check my account almost every day or so. So now i have to go to my bank and open another account. And call other automatic's coming out of my account and give them a copy of the letters from my bank that will be sent to me. We have to be very careful now i know.
