After putting in an upgrade order and setting an appt. For the following Sat. The tech couldn't do the install due to wind, the next Saturday the roof was wet. They set another appt. For the following day and were a no call no show... I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get resolution to no avail other than "I'm sorry you've had poor service". At this point I'm looking at my options. If this is the service they give long time loyal customers I'd rather take my business elsewhere!
