Bad Customer service - customer service

Bundled services through AT&T (phone, inernet, & Direct TV) and all the services were installed on the 18th as scheduled with no problems EXCEPT for Direct Tv. I called to make sure everythign was okay, & it turned out they cancelled the installation due to a mistake on their part & never informed me (they had my cell #) until I called them on the day of. They tried to get me to wait until the 24th for a new appt but i refused. They scheduled an installation that I never agreed to being that I would not be home, but after about 2 hrs a appt for the 20th was set. I checked online the night before to make sure the appt was stll there but the morning of all hell broke loose. Their automated service couldn't find any order number, online showed the order number and correct scheduled appt but showed extra programs that i never order at an additional $75 a month, and the representative showed installation for the 23rd, A Sunday! Wtf?!! Mind you, all of this had beeen ordered, scheduled, paid for, and confirmed over a week ago, and they want me to wait 2 weeks for them to actually install it?!! No thank you. I'll take my business to Comcast. They may be higher priced but it works perfectly fine during a storm and everyone is pretty much on the same page as far as customers' accounts go. Direct TV SUCKS!!!
