On the 6th of June i purchase a Sony HD tuner refurbished the same day that we got it, it started to play i rang grayonline and opened a case it took near 2 weeks and still nothing so i rang again and they told me to take to a place in mooreabbin so i rang back and told them that it was to far it is about one hr drive from my place replay was get a courier i said its to costly then after arguing they told to send it back to Sydney. It took anther 2weeks and i had to ring back and told me that they could not fault it so they send it back not even packet no foam to support it hole in bottom remote missing. Put the recorder on still the same i took the recorder to my sons place because he has the same model plus remote and it still plays up. So I Graysonline rangspoke with Andre and told me we opened anther case take photos of the way it was sen and i did Than i ask to spike to Bratt he is the boss and after an argument he told me to send it back again to test it again I refused. It has been a very stress full month and beaning on a pension it makes it hard. Phone 0438343305.
