The above mob rang a few times to tell me that my pc had a virus & it was slow & also could freeze up, so after these calls I was getting I decided what they will do to my pc, they took over my pc & showed me all the virus I had, so they decided to put cclean software to fix my problem I had, which I did not have. After they went through all the crap they said that they will look after my pc for 1year. Well after they had finished I went back to my pc & it was still going at the same speed, after I turned it off I switched my pc back on the following night & I could not get explorer I could not click on some off my icons, so I rang them up that night & they they managed to get it working, I rang on Monday it took three bloke & three days to get it working, after I had told them that I will get onto Fair Trading they started to work on the pc again they fix some of it up but still no Explorer the pc froze so I rang again & I was told they don't work on weekends which was a load of crap, so I rang my provider & he had rang me back at 5.00pm & found that the software was no good & he told me that they are scams, he had my pc up & running in 2&half hours he had it all working & I have had no problem since, The company above had the hide to ring me up again telling me again that I had a virus, I run Trend Micro Virus for three years & had no problems with viruses, thank to my provider, I'am covered by them at all times & someone I can understand, The above company were Indians...
