I was hustled by a sale associate for apple products to buy coverage for my apple tv and ipad equipment with a company he lead me to believe was an Apple company. My Tech Help is a thrid party company. They do the exact same thing as Geek Squad. When I realize that the 24 hour tech suppport number 866-740-9670 was not 24 hours, I had to wait the weekend to speak to someone. When I finally was able to speak to Tech Support they explained to me my problem was an Apple problem and I needed to call them. Outraged I wanted my money back, the tech support person gave me a 888-225-8586 for account manager/billing. Worker # 19397 was the worst customer service rep. I have ever encountered. I will refrain from using her name due to professional courtesy even though she lack professionalism. The representative told me I was wrong through out the whole conversation, argued against everything I said and then refused to answer my question and refused to give me my money back. She said she will give my complaint to higher command and they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours, her purpose as an account manager is not truly to manage accounts, its to waste soon to be ex-customers time.
