Talk about ripping off your customers and then treating you like you are too old you do not have a say or knoweldge about the matter.
I enrolled in this program because senior citizens are made too, in the enrollment period in 2006 I choose AARP Medicare RX, then two days later I enrolled in Humana because it was way much cheaper. You are allowed to do this in the enrollment time, and can change your mind.
I paid Humana, claims for medicine were posted through Humana. No problems there. Then guess you started billing me AARP. Many phone calls, and to Medicare. The matter was dropped and I assumed taken care off.
This year I enrolled into AARP Medicare RX, a cheaper plan. Not a problem, but they took my payments and put them on the 2006 bill. I am now in default of my insurance. I called them and Kaylea, just basically said it doesn't matter what I say or what proof I have, that is the way it will be and if I continued to interupt her she was going to put a refusal to listen in her notes and that would cause further problems for me. Her tone was begrading and I felt like a little kid. So much for customer service and she didn't care about her computer information is correct, and it doesn't matter what I say.
So basically, they took my money, and they want more, and since I cannot disenroll and have to be in a plan, I guess they get their way and my limited retirement funds. AARP Medicare RX is a bad plan for senior citizens and they don't like us old people. They just want your money!
