Took advantage of senior citizens

I referred this company / in their little VW / to a
senior couple to come to their home to fix their
desktop computer. They sent a man who worked on their pc for 2 hours. Carrying the pc upstairs and back downstairs. No matter what he tried nothing corrected their pc problem. He gave them no paper work, no suggestions just asked for $120.00!!! Gave them no receipt for the payment. I asked the lady to call the main phone number to complain, she did they said nothing to her. I sent an email because I was so
mad at their services, I received no followup from this company, By the way their Grandson
who is somewhat learning disabled fixed the
problem... This is AWFUL to take advantage of
senior citizens. I am going to complain until someone or something is done!!
