Regardless of this they took £79.95 from my account in July, when I rang to complain I spoke to a girl called Emma who was very rude and was abviously used to people in this situation she actually told me if i shut up she would tell me I asked her for a complaints address and she said it will only come back to me you wont get anyone higher than me
I work full time for the NHS and weekends catering every penny counts for me and this has put me on my overdraft
