I was assaulted by a female nurse on 11/30. I was staying with my father who was very ill. I had asked his nurse when he would be giving his bath, she got very angry and slammed herself into my left shoulder. I then called the police to report the assault then i went to the emergency room. The doctor told me i had a whip lash and cervical strain. St. Francis did approve me for physical therapy, but once the doctor found out i had neurological problems they refuse to pay to see a neurological doctor.in 02/11 St. Francis stopped my physical therapy which made my pain worse. I lost my job due to this assault & it has left me unemployable for life. I don't think its fair for St. Francis to cause me this great injustice and not compensate me for my injuries & i will not settle for pennies, they don't even care what a financial burden this has been for me the past two years.
