I ordered a pizza for pick up and when my husband brought it home, the bacon topping was completely burned and black. I reported the problem to the Domino's Manager, and he asked if I wanted them to make me another pizza. I said yes, and I wanted it delivered to my house. He refused to delivery the replacement pizza even though I offered to tip the delivery person. The manager said my pizza couldn't be delivered because my original order was for pick up. I live 1.5 miles from this Dominos, and he expected me to drive back to get another pizza or a refund. I declined his offer to make another pizza due to the horrible customer service and complete inconvenience. How can you cook a pizza, know it's burned and send it home with someone and expect them to accept it??? I returned the pizza to the restaurant for a refund, and let the manager know I took pictures of the burned product and planned to report the ridiculous service to their corporate office. This guy should be fired. He has a complete disregard for customer service. The restaurant is on US Hwy 411 in Odenville, AL 35120.
