I had ordered two pizzas on Sep 18. To my surprise, the order was delayed by half an hour. The online tracker showed, that the pizza is already dispatched and on the way. On calling up, the guys at the store were not aware of such status and said that is due to some system error. They assured that the delivery will be done shortly.
Finally the pizza arrived, but the second disaster was that the pizza was crushed inside the box and the whole of toppings were sticking to the box.
It is really important to a brand like Dominoz to understand, that it really leaves a bad impression on such of carelessness. You guys need to work on some preventive measures for this. I also have photographs taken of the pizza.
In all I was totally disappointed by Dominos as my complete pizza was ruined because of this.
