This company sells software that allows visitors to a website to upload pictures and then have other visitors rate those pictures. They mimic the "hotornot.com" websites software. Before I purchased their software, I specifically asked if their software would work on my webhost's system. I use ENOM.com as a webhost.
The Seller told me that not only would it work at ENOM.com, but that they had clients who used ENOM and everything worked great for them! After I purchased their software, they admit they didn't have any clients using ENOM.com!!! They suggest another web host, which I try; then, when the software completely fails, they blame the web host they just recommended to me. When I try to get a refund after all these blunders on their part, they call ME the liar!
I currently have a complaint filed with PayPal that they did not deliver their product as promised. I'll keep this report updated with any progress I get through PayPal.
