Beware! I thought I bought two pairs of shoes, but all I received was a shower cap from China. After I filed a dispute with PayPal, the company provided PayPal with a tracking number, which effectively closed the dispute. I figured out that the tracking number was for the shower cap, NOT the shoes!
The seller will not respond to your emails - this is a scam! Fortunately, I had filed a dispute/claim with PayPal, and after calling them (twice), I learned that this company is under investigation, and PayPal is trying to shut them down. They are refunding my money. It will help to file a dispute first, and then talk to the dispute department.
