In a nutshell, same thing happened to me... Got the shower cap. Yudda, yudda, etc
Filed a dispute with paypal. Seller stated he had a tracking #.. I then advised paypal the cap was sent back via First class mail. Etc etc..
PAYPAL HAS REFUNDED MY $ since numerous cases filed against this guy. Best way to have it resolved is contact paypal via phone (402) 935-2050 (in us)
Advise them of your case / dispute and if you happen to still have the cap / sponge. Let them know! They do NOT want you to send that junk back as this FRAUD company is simply hoping you will not contact them after they provide paypal with a tracking #... If threw it away. Still contact them and advise them of this jerk!!!
