I purchased a pair of Saucony Jazz Children's tennis shoes for $18.50. What I received was a plastic shower cap.
Fortunately, my Paypal account information was out of date so the payment did not go through. I filed a dispute with Paypal with the goal being they would cease allowing payments to this company. Paypal "contacted" the seller who sent shipment information (interesting because they never got paid) and Paypal considered it all good.
