I ordered restoration panels for my Ford Explorer on their website on 6/13. They got paid from the transaction post to my account immediately. Still no parts. Can't get a hold of them. Emailed this Rick several time, got one excuse after another. I have filed a BBB complaint against them but there are many, many others on file with the OH BBB and the company does not respond or resolve. Do not do any business with this company - they are a fraud!!!
