My husband purchased 10 season set of JAG. When it didn't come after 2 weeks, I went on their website to check account, they had order in suspend. I e-mailed them and they responded by charging credit card. After another week, it still hadn't shipped and I e-mailed them again. They then put it in a shipped status - a week later we received it - FROM CHINA. Well - we were watching the DVD's non-stop for about a month - but after we got to season 7, the DVD's were not the same and we started to have progressively more problems - they wouldn't load - until we reached season 10 and 4 out of the 5 DVDs for that season will not load. I e-mailed them a request for replacement DVD's - have sent multiple e-mails from their website contact site in addition to from my personal e-mail. OH - did I forget to mention - the shipping label is Chinese characters and the phone number on the label is not a valid number (ends with 9999 LOL). Our bank says that Visa has no way of contacting this company - they use a front company to collect the VISA money and my bank has no phone number for them either.
