DVDMD doesn't follow through on replacing discs

I recieved the Shield Seasons 1 - 6 as a late christmas gift. Now when I started watching the show the next few weeks, I noticed a couple of problems. The commentary on seasons 2 and 5 didn't play, season 5 also had playback issues and season 6 wouldn't play at all.

The problem was reported to DVDmd. Tv about a week after I got it. It took them about 3 weeks or so before they responded saying they got our complaint. Another few weeks pass before they respond saying they processed the complaint, then another week they say they've got it ready and another week later it's on its way.

By this time it's St. Patricks day by the time they finally tell us that it's on its way here. It took 2 months to process so that's already ticked me off. Another month passes and the DVD's still aren't here so we contact again asking where they are. I checked UPS, FedEx and the USPS and their tracking number didn't match up with any of those companies.

I finally get involved and ask where the replacement discs are and still no response. They have not responded since they said they sent it out and their contact us page says they respond to ALL e-mails within a 24 to 48 hour range. I last contacted them May 11th and May 15th and still have yet to get a response. Total Ripoff!
