This company is a SCAM. I received a text on my phone and was made to believe that it was from my carrier for an "alert" service. I opened the attachment and received a notification that I would be signed up for the service for $9.99 per month. I immediately replied to the text with "STOP" as directed to cancel the service. I received a charge of $9.99 on the bill from my carrier. On speaking with a representative from my carrier, I was told they could do nothing because 30 days had passed. (I was one day late!) and I would have to contact the company directly for a refund. Mobile Plus Inc informed me they would put a block on my phone (which I had already done!) and this would not happen again. They also REFUSED to refund the charges as they are unable to do so. I subscribed to the service!!! Scam, scam, scam!!!
