According to Sonma I placed an order in January for their sleeping aid product. I never opened the package to read the instruction thus, I did not know there was a 30 day money back guarentee. I called explaining I did not order this 3x yet I still receive the packages each month and am still being charged. I tried to call for the 4th time this morning and got nowhere! Apparently there is NOT a head of the compant, according to Courtney the "manager". I might have been a bit agressive on the phone but she was rude and like a broken record. Gee, how can there not be a corportate office???
Does anyone know how to get my $555.45 back???
