This company was supposed to have a moneyback guarantee within the first 60 days of signing up. But after 2 weeks of not hearing anything from any casting director, I tried to call the number I was given and received a message that said this number was changed to another number. I called that number repeatedly and no one ever answered.
There's another number on their website, that's no good either. They charged my credit card for $99 for doing nothing as I can not get a hold of anyone to refund my money. And the charge appeared on my credit card which I will try to argue against paying.
