My dad just received a letter (EXPRESS NOTICE) from Financial Acquisition Agency, located in Miami, Fl. PO Box 527800, stating that he has been selected (his name is provided with an account number that reads "7463060415" which they state has been established in his name to facilitate transfer to him of complete accounting of prize funds now due.
The letter requests that he make reference to this account number in all correspondence with this agency to send $20.00 to receive $2,536, 092.23 which is an Identified and now pending payment.
This letter notes that his response is important to them and must be postmarked by midnight 07/18 and that this deadline will be strictly enforced.
This letter further reads that as soon as they receive this signed and completed (what they refer to as an) Express Notice Tracking Form his claim will be processed and his cash accounting to him by bonded federal carrier.
On the letter, comes an attached "EXPRESS TRACKING FORM" requesting verification for
His Name
his address
his legal residential status
age verification his age (F.Y.I. He's 64 years old... Anyone who is in the up-and-up would automatically know that)
